Zina was great to work with throughout the recent sale of our house. During the realtor selection process, she thoroughly explained all of the steps that needed to be taken, identified all of the costs involved, described the marketing and social media tools that she would use, and offered some strategic insights on how to market a 55+ year old house. Once we selected Zina, she provided a very good Comparative Market Analysis with comps of several similar homes nearby, and that enabled us to arrive an appropriate listing price. Zina listed the house on all of the realtor websites as well as the latest social media sites resulting in good exposure. We received an offer fairly quickly, and Zina helped us through some expected negotiations, and we had an accepted offer shortly thereafter. Zina was very responsive to all of our questions and worked very well with the buyer's agent, inspectors, title company, etc. The whole process went very smoothly, and we are very happy with the outcome and with Zina's attentiveness throughout. We highly recommend Zina for any buying or selling opportunity.

We were about to move across the country on short notice and needed to list our house ASAP. Zina was very responsive to calls/texts/emails, and was able to list our house for a great price right away. She even took amazing pictures of our house herself when the photographer she usually uses was unavailable on such short notice so we could list it ASAP. She made the entire process very easy. She was there to reassure us every step of the way and we wish we could take her to Washington to help us find our next home!

Zina was an absolute dream to work with. We had a quick deadline to sell our house and she jumped to get our house on the market immediately. Within 24 hours of our house hitting the MLS we had multiple offers to review. Zina was always quick to get back to us with questions we had. She was great about checking in with us through out the process all the way to our closing date. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a realtor, Zina will get the job done!
